Living room set for sale. Lg. Sofa & Lg Chair. in Saugerties, New York For Sale

I am putting this ad up for a friend. It is a large sofa close to 8 ft long, and a matching chair. It is a dirt brown color..
They are well used, but they still have a lot of life left to them. I have recently washed the removable seat covers, which are not reverseable, and have zippers, but over you most likely will want to clean. One can sleep on the sofa very well.
We do have pets, so if you have to take that into consideration, you should do so.
